Liberty Centre Services provides a wide array of community support to meet the changing needs of the individuals we serve, in a quick and seamless fashion. We have an excellent Community Support program with a dedicated and caring staff, who work in partnership with the persons served. Services provide holistic, person-centered care that promotes resilience and independence. 

Community Support assist people in maximizing their ability to function in the least restrictive environment possible. There is help with life skills, such as self-care, cooking and money management. We also assist people with navigating their housing needs, benefit coordination, community resources, medications, therapy appointments and doctor appointments.
